magnetic dial indicator (pushrod length)

can anyone give me some info on useing a megnetic dial indicator for detrmining pushrod length.

Seriously you should be fine with the same lenght I ran...the 6.25", I'd be surprised to hear otherwise with the same heads and cam as I run.
