So I finally found a reliable and reasonable guy to install my gears. So I order up a set of FRPP 4:10's and have them shipped. All week im all excited and anticipation of a good mod, its been awhile since ive done anything but clean it. So the package comes....

Its a set of Motive Gears. The invoice even says there ford racing gears but they sent me the wrong package. I ordered thru RPMoutlet.com and they handle all there exchanges thru E-mail. I might be old school but id really feel better talking to a person. They reccomend you dont call as it could delay the process. The exchange policy states that after i send my email I should recieve a responce automatically. It has been sent and i will get a responce with in 24 hours.

I sent the E-mail and its been over an hour and i havent recived any confermation of my exchange request...

So now I get to sit here like a fat girl on prom night hoping the phone (or in this case email) rings.

wow

There has been some problems with RPM outlet lately. What was the part #? If it ends in A it should be FRPP gears, and if it ends in B I believe its Motive Gears

24 hours later.....

RPMoutlet has yet to return my E-mail. Ive forwarded the original Email back to them at the address they gave me twice now and have yet to get there automated system to acknowledge the fact that i even sent a email to them.

I have forwarded the original email with a quick summery of whats going on to there "help" mailbox.with any luck maybe some where on the end of all this bull**** there is a human that acually reads this stuff.

Its got me stressed becuase in there full page return policy sheet they send with your order it states that you have 3 days to report any errors and 7 days to return them. Here we are going on 2-3 days and i cant even get ahold of them.

I couldnt be much more frusterated with this entire system of email's. Ive had to cancel my date with the mechanic and not sure when im going to be able to get the car back in the shop.

moral of the story, Saveing a few bucks on the internet isnt always worth the amount of frusteration you have to deal with ensuring you get the right stuff.

as Joe Peschi said "They F_ck you at the drive thru."

That sux. I have been hearing a lot of bad them lately and I will not be ordering from them.
I would try calling them and complain to them over the phone. I don't see how calling would delay the process, they should be taking care of you while your talking to them anyway, hope you get it resolved soon.
