Making a GT into a LX?

Do you just take off the back and side ground effects and put a LX nose on or is there more to it?

I was wanting a LX, but found a GT for 1900. I might just put the cobra bumper on it. That is my big thing with the GT is that rear bumper. Where is a good place to get a cobra bumper from?

Is it b/c you want to see the exhaust?? Pick up a mustang magazine from autozone, look through the ads, and you will see a few dif companies that make the cobra rear bumper
