I just recently got put on salary. So far, I'm getting paid more. But i think when the ***** hits the fan, I'll be working 80-90 hours a week again with no extra pay. Oh well.
Tommorow I am taking a 2 hour lunch at hooters with the boss. Salary has its benefits.
i don't hate work. i just hate the people i work with. there's a guy who's been a di#k to me ever since i passed him in a merging lane. lane was ending and i was picking up speed to merge. but the guy started pacing me in his volvo 850. i slowed down, then he slowed down. so i slammed it in 3rd and passed him right before the laned ended. the guy followed me until i parked in the rear of the office bldg parking lot and parked right behind me. fKn DIC# and shot me the Stink EYe. as he walked complete in front of my car and circle back to the rear to walk inside. i wish God would of given me a sign to kick his a$s. after work today we had a work function at the Longhorn in auburn. i went to pickup ticket vouchers for drinks. the guy was standing next to me and asked if i was 21 and old enough to drink. almost cold clocked him right there. managers are pricks. i'm gonna rain on his parade here soon, he just doesn't know it yet.. i hate volvos!!
My job forced me to take the whole week off because I got a rip in my hand. It's still stitched up and I don't know when they are going to let me back in. It really sucks. I get too much free time! And without my right thumb I can't even manipulate an x-box! So the free time really really sucks.....
Believe me, there's someone here who would love some work.
It's not like I can't weld with my left.....
