I'm in the process of putting my stock upper manifold back on but have a quick question. There are two nipples underneath it. One has a tube running to another portion of the intake and then off to the side for alittle canister. The 2nd nipple is open. I looked around and it seems the only possible hose to connect it is to big?? It slides on and off way to wasily even with the clip. I traced the line and it goes to the driver side with it connects to this hard plastic line with three other hoses on it. This hose is labeled as "S". Can anyone verify for me this is the proper vacuum line. thanks

Also, are the stock gaskets reuseable?

This pic may help...

That line feeds from the vac Tee on the fender to ......see the little hose hanging in the air on the right??? that hose connects to that port right under it...

If the gasket looks in good shape I'd re-use and have in the past...

Hmm, I'm alittle confused still. The long hose connects to the tee by the passenger side fender right? The little hose pictured goes to the FPR. Then what goes onto the nimple next to that one?

The PCV is the big hose, and has two connections to the upper intake. Then there's the smaller line for the canister (the canister itself is on the passenger side near the firewall). And on the elbow of the intake is the big hose that goes to the vacuum tee on the driver side fender next to the firewall. That's the one you want to make sure is connected, if you want power brakes...

RIO...the tee thing that is on what would be considered the elbow of the intake mainfold...the 4-6in rubber hose goes to the FPR and then the red plastic EGR tube goes to the other nipple...but what goes on the end?

You have a 3/4" or so vacuum hose that goes from that nipple to this vac Tee on the drivers side...follow the hose from your brake booster, youll see it...4 hoses or so connect to and from it...

You have a Red and Green hard plastic vac lines with rubber boots on the ends that run along the top of the intake, they come from the passenger side and feed into some solenoids in the fender......one feeds off the nipple you speak of, the other goes to the EGR..you can where it plugs if you look at the pic...
