I think that kit at SKRC is what I am going to get. Hmmm, I am wondering.... the kit comes with the MC, rod, and plate, for $169, but then the other kit comes with that kit plus roll controll (line lock) and the tubing kit, is that a good deal for $416???

I want manual brakes but I want it right, because brakes arn't something you want to gamble on. I was looking at some willwood brake kits, they are amazingly light. I cant' afford all that though.

what i did was ,i got a 1inch spacer drilled and tapped for fitting behind carb..hood clearance is tighter..went a 10.09 before clutch disc flew apart.

Rick91GT,
With the SKRC kit, is it necessary to modify the pedal at all or is it a complete bolt-on kit? I don't like the idea of grinding off the pivot and rewelding it.
Thanks.

Stuck in the airport but atleast it has has high speed access..lol

Yes you drill a hole 1" further up the pedal, then it bolts through, you can grind off the stock pivot but I chose to leave my there...

The SKRC kit is a very nice deal...
