I have a 91 fox I'm trying to do a manual steering swap on.

I just put in a new UPR K-Member kit (complete with lower arms and coil overs) and I also put a set of 95 Cobra spindles on.

After I got everything together the only way the rack fit was to thread the tie rods all the way out. They are so far out they are about ready to fall off.

Do I need to use different tie-rods and if I do which ones do I use?

Manual ends are to short for sn95 spindles. Use the ones off you old power rack. They are longer.

Ok so I ended up using the inners off of a power rack. The outer tie rods were the same but the inners were like an 1 1/2 longer.
