This is something I would never do but, thinking of giving my 98gt to my daughter. How difficult and how much money would it take to switch my tranny from manual to auto. It hurts to even think about it, but I am buying a 05 so I guess that will help some.

I think it would be cheaper than going to auto to manual but let me know if you're doing it, maybe we can swap trannies

I will get a shop to do it don't have the space right now.

That or trade one for an auto... thatd be a bit of an expensive venture

Why would it be cheaper? An automatic tranny is expensive.

AC is all tied up about thinking installing the clutch pedal is a big deal

i say teach her and save urself a boat load of money and rather buy a new clutch....or two
