Mark VIII Fan 97-98

I know the Mark VIII 93-96 models are three wire and the fan speed changes based on which black wire you connect. The Mark VIII fan for 97-98 models are two wire. My question is how do I change the speed of the 97-98 model fan or is this a two speed fan.
