dont have a whole lot of time to search the forum.

so my question is what all do i need to complete this install?

i have the fan and the 3g alternator already. what else is required to complete the job?

from what im reading the delta current controller is the way to go. how do i go about obtaing this device for myself? thanks guys!

search for the member "baskin" on here and you'll find a post of two he made about how to order and how to get to his website.

Last I heard, the orders were pretty back ordered so he restricted the number of people who can place orders. You'll need to email him and then be prepared to wait a few weeks for the controller to arrive at you. It's worth the wait though, so don't get frustrated.

some things you can do while you wait:
You're going to need to figure out a way to attach the fan to the radiator. I made some brackets out of flat aluminum and bent/drilled them for this.

You'll also need to attach the stock overflow to the fan shroud or get a new overflow and attach it.

The 3G requires you to upgrade the wiring on your fox and possibly grind a little bit of the alternator bracket for fitting issues. Searching for "3G* alternator upgrade" or "3G* alternator wiring" should get you tons of hits in no time with details.

In the Technical Thread Index sticky there is a link to a 3G install by Roland69. There is also good discussion/debate in that thread on things like where to mount the fuse and extra grounds, which gauge wires to use, etc...

I use that thread to refrence my own 3G upgrade.
