Master brake cly

I have very eratic braking lately. it is firm one min the next its all mush. My buddy said it has to be the master. Mostly becasue calipers and pads are all new. my question is how hard is it to switch out the master and is it a 2 man job? also do any of y ou think it could be anytingother then the master. The brakes are completely bleed also.

It's really hard to say without being there because how brakes feel is very subjective. It definately could be the MC, it could also be the power booster. (and probably other stuff too)
Changing the MC isnt really hard, you just unbolt it, bend bleed the new one, bolt the new one on, and bleed the brakes. Unless you have a one man brake bleeder then yes its a two man job.
