Hello I have a 94 mustang with a Dart 347 block and i want to know how much can I advance the ignition of the car using a supercharger with 17-18psi and a 3core intercooler.
Thanks in advance....

 I think that is a question answered with a dyno tune.

Yes but it a dyno you wont notice when the engine is being hurted. And thats what i want to know. Because we hace taken the car to over 35degrees and still pulling out more horses. But we dont know if its safe to go beyond some specific point.

That is the whole purpose of a dyno tune. So you know where to stop so you don't hurt the engine. While on the dyno they will/ or should watch the a/f ratio. What is yours?

You need a dyno tune. You shouldn't just arbitrarily bump the base dizzy timing. Leave it at 10* and get a chip burned for it. That way you will maintain a safe a/f ratio and a good timing curve.

My a/f ratio is ok. Its never over 11.5 at high boost. I forgot to tell that I have a AEM ECU.
But reemember that i can have a a/f mix veeery rich and the engine can be detonating or being hurted a lot if mi ignition is extremely too advance? isnt it?
