Anyone here have any extensive bodywork done on their stang? Damage, rot, etc.? Just curious what needed to be done and how much it cost you in the end. I'm waiting to go get and estimate on my '91 but wanted to see what others were paying out there. If this belongs in talk, feel free to move this post. Thanks.

I had the car port at my apartment complex crush my 90 GT in the great blizzard of '97. (I just wanted to keep my baby out of the weather, and it got crushed  )

The entire roof had to be cut off and replaced. The roof part was done very well, as I can't see any seems.
However, the finish work the shop did was a little lacking. One of the interior screws on the drivers side was actually run down so far, that it poked out the door jam and into the door. The screw should have been about 1" long, but they installed one that was better than 2"
Then they didn't buff out all the burns in the paint from when the cutting wheel was used to cut the fallen carport away.

They eventually fixed it, but I had to cus at the guy to get that to happen.

Insurance company spent about $2,000; and I spent $500. :p

By the way avoid LABCO in Everett WA. The guy that runs it was a real jerk to me.
