MAYBE TRANNY MAYBE NOT NEED HELP!!!!

When I go to shift gears in my stang my rpm's hold where they were at when i was driving what could be the problem is that the clutch or is that the throttle. When i **** its like i still have my foot on the gas. haqs this ever happened to anyone? What is the problem and what do i need to do to fix it? Thanks for your time

Start by cleaning your air bypass valve and throttle body. Then make sure your throttle plate and tps are adjusted properly.

I ran seafoam threw it shouldnt that have taken care of any blocakges in the bypass and throttle body?

Never heard of seafoam. But to clean your IAC properly, you need to take it off the TB open it up and clean it with carb cleaner. As for the TB clean it with TB cleaner, also clean the MAF while you are at it. I had a bad TPS make my idle hang b4. Did you check for codes?
This may sound dumb, but make sure your floor mat didn't slide forward, that can make you idle hang also, if it sits ontop of the throttle pedal.
