That Ms2V3.57 build is similar to the other PnP setups that DIY used to sell 5-6yrs ago, pictured below. You can use the basic Ms2 V3.57 diagrams and manuals for reference, but it's basically an MS2 system with the ignition transistor mod for TFI mustangs. It'll do everything you probably need it to do, plus more (unless you get in to a lot of added modern features). I have an old base tune from these ECU's but the latest firmware has added a lot of features since then so loading that tune in to your ECU may or may not be problematic, depending on what firmware is loaded in. I've installed a handful of these and can help you out if you're in a pinch. The guys above will also be able to answer most/all of your questions so we all have decent combined pool of knowledge at your disposal.
