Melbourne area stangs

LOL. There's an old racing saying that goes, "You are cheating. I know you are cheating because I am cheating and you are beating me."

Since I've gotten to the point where I'm running out of legal mods, TJ is suggesting illegal mods that they won't find... I just want to mod the car, and he just wants the money. Maybe I'll start looking at guages and stuff.

Sounds like a good deal you two have worked out. Anyway, I doubt he'd want you running against him anyway. :D

EDIT: No V8 mustang anyways.

No late model V8 stangs, anyway. The originals had options, though, and that was prolly one of them, right? [/B][/QUOTE]

I'd have to look that one up, but with the exception or the KR's and the AC (which isn't a mustang) I'd doubt it. 3.55's maybe. 3.73's I doubt it.

4 bangers don't have the torque. They need the extra gear to get 'em moving. Since they rev a bit higher, it makes up for it (somewhat).

Or a turbo. :D

Speaking of power adders, me and one of my friends have running jokes about ricers and NOS stickers, so today, I bought a NOS sticker and put it on my English folder. Now I'll be able to cut 15 minutes off my homework! :D

thats what i figured! atleast i wont have to run against jerry! but maybe i would rather run against him then the street prepared guys! but what if i dont say anything about the gears! is there anyway that they would know i had them! other then someone telling them?

I wouldn't say anything, and if they asked I'd just say I dunno, I bought it like this :D

now if i did end up doing this, how much would it hurt my highway driving? right now i can go 80 @ like 3000rpm! what would i be looking at with the 4.56's?

"The Drag Pack option, available only with 428 engines, came with 3.91:1 or 4.30:1 axle ratios"
From Mustang Red Book, regarding 1970 stangs. So, no 3.73's, but they're were higher ones.

LOL. Me and a buddy are always pulling pranks on each other. He went TDY and I put a couple rainbow stickers on his car. They were there for like a month before he got back. :D

Well, the update/backdate rule states that it's within bodystyles so that may limit them to chassis codes (like Fox vs SN-95) or even to actuall body styles (like 94-98 and 99-03). But I know 3.55's are the lowest you can go in ESP.

Well, it's been great, but I got a parade tomorrow, and a long day after that. (such as my eccon teacher telling my parents about that 75 I have in his class...did I mention he's also the vice principal? :( but he's cool...). Gotta go to bed. Talk to y'all later.
