Well, it is an LT1, so it's got some good power. I would have to be at my very best driving ability to beat her. I dunno if I want to race her, I don't want to loose to a woman.

if the driver was right in both cases...you'd lose by some feet or so. Since the GT she raced lost by 2 and a half car lengths...which is about 200 or so HP range vehicle.

is untouchables car a M6 or an auto? i wish i woulda gotten to see her run...i was too busy being pissed about the staging lanes almost going down to the turn-offs at the end of the track, and bouncing off my rev-limiter spinning with 275/60 drag radials 
i havent seen her post here ina while either, her computer broken or something?

A) Give it to me...I'm sure I could find a use for it(I have information on making turbos into jet engines
).B) Sell it to a Eclipse/Talon owner looking for a stock turbo for their car.

Well, just for example my friend 93z with just a catback and cold air intake went [email protected] with a 2.147 60'. I'm affraid to say but I think she'll take erich. Because a stock Gt usually runs between 96-100 and 100 is with a good driver and the right shift points (not saying erich can't do it!) I ran my friends 02 a couple weeks ago and slowly pulled on it and he has exhaust and a cold air intake and traps 98 mph. Only 1 way to find out though....and don't underestimate an lt1.

well, before i go deciding anything of what to do with it i should probably pull it off and make sure the turbine and everything is in good working order.
so that turbo is the same one that comes stock on gs-t's a tsi's? max, you dont think i could get that thing to push 8psi of boost into my motor? friend of mine has a 01 gt with just an x-pipe and flows and he beat a stock lt1 z28 by about a half a car. the gt is a stick, and the z was an auto. so it can be done!

It shoud do it...but its such a small turbo that it'll hit max RPM real quick and proably heat up and possibly explode
Plus it won't flow enough air...the PSI won't mean jack if it ain't flowing the air. You'll be starving the 5.0. Twins won't be as bad...but you'll need make custom header/manifolds for it since most of the ones you'll find on the internet have flange mounts for T3 turbos.

hrm yes exploding would be bad...i already got enough problems, i dont need things "exploding" under my damn hood. well ill go pull it off sometime this week, make sure its good...and see what i can do with it. thx for the help.

Hey guys I need some info from some of you Mustang chronics.
My friend just bought a 2002 Mustang 360R. I have never heard of it. Supposidly it has a blown 4.6 in it putting out 360 hp.
It cost him $40K. It supposed to be 1 step below a Cobra R.
He wants to race me in my RX-7. I am only putting 225 at the wheels but I weigh 2,700 lbs. I invited him to the next AutoX where we can compare times but he says his car isn't about diving through cones. Terrible waste of an awesome car if you ask me. I bet it would do really well. Back to my point. I can turn my boost up and have 275 RWHP I wonder if that would get me into his neighborhood 1/4 mile wise?? I wouldn't care but he is talking a lot of smack. I never claimed to have a fast 1/4 mile car.
BTW my NOS is completely removed from my car.
What kind pf 1/4 mile times does this bad boy put out??

That car will run through cones, no doubt. Tell him to bring it. You'll beat him in that regard, but in a straight line...well, if he's good, I'm thinking mid 12s. Maybe. Not sure. I know it's fast, though. Very fast.

12.3?? Cool!! That is w/ a professional driver taking many many runs untl he gets it right. So in the real world he will probably run high 12's. It will be a very close race. I was expecting 11's then I wouldn't stand a chance. Now... I have to stall him for about 6 weeks until my engine is rebuilt and re-dyno'd.
we are expecting 300 rwhp without the NOS lose to 400 with NOS. So he will not be a prob.
BTW - the next event in Palm bay will be my last in ASP it looks like I am on to SM2 after my rebuild.
That 360R is one sweet ass car!! Too bad it fell into the hands of an incompetant driver that will never push it to its limits.
