I don't see why so many people get Flowmasters anyways. Just because they are fairly cheep and give you that " Great Mustang sound "? Everyone and their mom has Flowmasters.. I can put a Flowmaster on my Probe and have that " Great Mustang sound " too. ( lots of sarcasm )
I really enjoy how Erich and Joe's car sound. I like the deeper tone their systems make, and I think it sounds more beefy than the Bassanni X-pipe that everyone just has to have for some reason. The loud, raspy, vibrating metallic sound that an O/R x-pipe and Flowmasters produce just doesn't do anything for me but make my fillings feel like they are going to pop out.
Adam's car sounds good for one with dumps. Granted he has a Bassanni X-pipe, but he doesn't have Flowmasters which is probably why it sounds a little better in my opinion.

Why don't you all just go straight headers.. right out the sides like a ****ing funny car. That sounds better than an O/R X and Flows.

Maybe I'll take my mom's Camry.. put exhaust on it, maybe an intake.. then after we race, you can tell everyone that you got beat by a V6 4 door family car with front wheel drive. All I'd need is about 20 more hp and I'll be right next to you.

Hahahahaha....

Yea, I could do that..

Then I might as well bolt on an aluminum wing, paint it yellow, throw on some 18" wheels and slap Type R badges on it, too.

Ahhhh....what happened over night in this thread brings back some good memories.

Anyway, yeah, I dislike flowmasters as well. I mean, they sound good, but they are far too common for me.

I was thinking of going with one Flowmaster and then one Magnapack. I wonder how that would sound.

Well, I was on my way out to find someplace to take pics, when I found out the battery in the camera was dead. I'll still try to take pics sometime today, though.
