Mesh Grill on a foxbody?

Hey guys I was wondering if ne1 here has put mesh grill on their stangs. I'm planning on putting it in the vents of my ram air hood and all. I want to know what kind of grill you guys used and how you guys mounted it onto the hood or bumpers or w/e u put it on. thanx guys

I was going to do this as soon as I get a new front bumper for my GT, i was going to cover the backings of the foglight holes(since im not using them), and the 'mouth peice' with mesh and paint it to match the car...wonder if anyone has done this before..

If its set back in the grille openings a little, then it might look ok, but if I was going to put mesh over anything I would probably paint it satin black or charcoal gray so its hard to see. Lots of ricecars around here have mesh all over and I personally think it makes the car look too busy.

i did it on my car... i dont have any close up pictures, but it looks nice, cut circles in the mesh and painted them acordingly...

it was pretty close to the fog light bracket, well really close, so i didnt really need to mount anything, they just sit in there and they dont move...

you can use a little fiberglass rsin here and there to hold them in place.

looks pretty good down there really, im not changing it until i get my ultra clear fog lights, WAY down the road.
