2008 v6 mustang power steering isn't working unless rpms are up, the fluids are fine, and i cant find any leaks. Any tips on what i should look for or what you think is wrong with it?

Have you had any work done on the power steering such as a power steering fluid flush or had the power steering fluid changed?

Your power steering pump is most likely failing. It isn't a common problem on those cars, but it does happen every now & then. Take a look at the power steering fluid. Is it a dark red or brown, or even close to black in color? Smell it also - does it smell burnt? If either of those fluid concerns are present your pump is the the problem.

Yea the fluid is black. Thanks for the help I had a feeling it was the pump.
