ok I got 5gal of methenal just laying around. How much of that can I put in a tank of gas on the stock 19's with stock fuel pressure? Will I need to get a fuel pressure reg. to turn it up a bit so it doesn't go lean??

You most likely woudln't need to adjust your air fuel at all. go 10% methanol 90% pump fuel. At that point all it's going to do is raise your octane of your fuel a little bit and lower your gas mileage by 2% ish due to less btu per gallon of methanol vs pump fuel.
Anything more than 10% is a serious risk of the corrosiveness factors of methanol.
Hell seasonally 10% of your pump fuel is ethanol anyways which is almost the same as methanol.

well i am not positive how close the density of methanol is compared to standard gasoline. But if they vary much you are going to have mixing problems in your tank.

normal unleaded is typically
92 ron octane
80 mon octane
which equates to around 86-87 octane. Premium of course is 92 in our area

Methanol is
106 ron
90 mon
Which equates to about 98 octane at the pumps. But it also burns 336F cooler which helps with detonation. Plus the heat vaporization is more significant than pump fuel which helps.

Conclusion i wouldn't run much more boost at all with it maybe 1-2psi. Ethanol would help if you need help passing emissions though. Run the cheap 87 octane which burns more complete and put 10-30% ethanol in the tank and watch your sniffer test prevail victorious

Dont forget that the motor will also use alot more of it... like for a bike (on 100%) we'd run the jets at 300% of whatever the motor liked for gas.

Just fyi...
