MGW vs stock shifter

How much shorter is the MGW shifter than the stock one? Im fixing to order a leather shiftboot and I want to get it to fit right.

Thanks for any help.

I just measured mine, its 2 1/4" shorter on my T-45. I think its the same difference on the T-5.

I miss mine too. Gave it to a friend after I destroyed my t5... I just used my stock boot on mine. You can totally tell that it is shorter than stock but the stock boot worked just fine.

Yeah, its a little big, but works good. Reason I was ordering one is the side of mine has a rip in it.
