Are the majority of microfber towels all about the same? In other words, are there some that are better than others? I see them in Walmart, Costco, etc. and numerous places online. THX
A couple of my favorite vendors are www.pakshak.com and www.autopia-carcare.com. The Autopia Carcare site is currently having a 20% off sale on microfiber until the end of the month for Autopia members. Pakshak gives a discount to Autopia members. It pays to be a member of Autopia so sign up

The main reason I don't buy microfiber from retail outlets is that they tend to buy from whomever is the cheapest at the time so you can never be assured of consistant quality. Quality control is a big problem for the microfiber industry right now. The major vendors do very thorough quality control checks and some even have their towels made to their own specifications. Bottom line is you get much more consistant quality.
