Mid pipe & MIL eliminator question

I have just a quick question. I am going to pick up a MAC o/r and was wondering how many of the mil eliminators will i need? my buddies got 1, and if i remeber correctly on his car, which isnt a stang he only needed 2. should mine be the same?

yep, two mil eliminators for your rear o2's and if you have a 2004 mustang gt, then you need extensions as well, anything below 04 i believe is fine with just mil eliminators.

btw, american muscle has the splice in MIL's for cheap-o with a discount code, shoot me a PM if you want more details.

dont mean to hijack but if i was to take my cats off my SLP catted X on my 99 can I just flash the computer with my SCTX3 instead of buying Mil eliminator's? Thanks

yes, you can definitely do that. Just disable the rear o2's with your tuner in your case.

IMHO, using a tuner to disable them is the better choice, except its kinda pricey, but if you have it already then its easy to do.
