they can. i know a few guys with them. the dr. gas pipes have to be welded together anyways so any decent muffler shop would be able to do it.
it's also one of the best mid pipes you can buy. some would argue that it IS the best but you know how many options you have to choose from....there's always someone that's going to suggest another brand.
