milling heads, how much is safe

How much can you safely mill off gtp heads before you have to worry about affecting the push rod lengths and intake angle? I just wanna true them up an bump compression up a little...thanks

You can go as much as .040 with out any issues.. figure .005 off for 1 cc!! Have fun..
