Alright guys I cant even find my progress or new pictures thread (probably on page 3 now) and I am probably breaking forum rules, but me and a few friends hung out and snagged some pics of the cars at the top of my street. Not the greatest as the kid with the red LX came late and none of them were clean, but a preview of them.

The Green GT has bolt ons, in dash Navigation, some interior stuff done (door panels, seats, etc...) and a Helion turbo kit we are tossing in this weekend. The red LX has a HCI set up, O/R X into dumped SLPs that sounds disgusting. The last one is my junk. I have some progress pics after the cars together. Got the windows in, some trim, and just a little more motivation.

Here is a question I have had for a while. Your 1/4 windows look great. Did you have to sand and paint like almost everyone else in America? LOL. My question is this, the 1/4 molidng and door frame where the window goes looks to be a great match color wise. Are we able to get the paint that matches both like the factory look? Are the factory 1/4 windows even painted? It can't see any paint on mine, but I'm no body man.

There's 3 there? I only see a "couple" of 'Stangs ... well, more like 2.5 'Stangs.

The green one will look VERY nice once it's all together.

Thanks guys and yes putting it together would be nice, but like always I have to wait on other people. He isnt done painting the bay and part of the bumper which is why that isnt together. He isnt done buffing the drivers door which is why there are no window moldings. believe me I have very few things that I can do to it, and have to rely on others (worst thing ever).

The red car I dont have soundclips for, but could probably snag some one day. Lets just say its very loud and raspy.

All the molding was removed prepped and painted by me. I had to sand prime, fill and paint for hours and hours on the 1/4 to get it to look alright. They arent great but presentable for now. I will have the extra set I got redone one day. The door molding hasent been painted yet (the molding attached to the door, the molding around the top of the door on the body has) which surprises me how well it matches.

I might hold off on pics until I get it done, it is just rough waiting, and I dont mind snagging a few after some progress happens.

ill advised

Thanks. I just want to go out and abuse it. Mustang Week in Myrtle Beach should be a good test for it!

Thanks, I am starting too merely because it should be done by now. I hate waiting on other people, especially for your own projects!

The wheels are ROH's and I believe 18x9 all the way around. He runs 235s out front 275s out back, and we bust him for it all the time. I have 285s on mine, and might go larger and the red LX has 315 Nittos.
