I stripped a '98 Cobra bare and have the entire harness and dash that I can hook back up if needed. What is the minimum I need to to hook back up so I can plug my tuner in and disable PATS? After that I'm going to start knocking down the wiring harness for the swap into my '68. Just looking for help on this 'step 1".

PCM needs power(s) and ground(s). Plus the 2 wire SCP buss from the DLC.

The DLC connector will need power and grounds as well.

DLC = Data Link Connector = OBDII port?

SCP = ??
