Loosen or remove your oil cap. Drive around underate moderate loads, and see if the problem continues or goes away. If it goes away, then your PCV is to blame. If not, look somewhere else.
If your PCV isn't filtering properly, oil might be getting into your combustion chambers. That's not good, lol. (might wanna look into an oil seperator)
