Misfire, spit and sputter at idle.

Well title says it, misfires spits and sputters at idle, motor jumps around. 87SD motor high altitude. Ran great at sea level, brought it up here, runs like total ass. I backed the timing to 14* advance, checked TPS. It runs a litttllee better with the timing jumper pulled, put that back in runs like ****. Didn't have the opportunity to check the vacuum though, which im suspecting.

Basic facts on the car not mentioned: No egr, no smog pump, no IAC, no AC, no PS, no cat. HEI coil.

I know thats a lot of **** not on there, but as previously mentioned it ran and idled fine at sea level, and ran OK here for a while, not great, now today runs like total ass.

Partial throttle also has a skip in power and not very good response, WOT runs great. Also wanted to add that I could definitely see a skip when setting timing, the light would skip on key with the motor skipping.
