Well I installed a larger alt 110amp off of my tbird and replaced the thermostat(180*) this saturday after running at the track friday night. Then I go to drive tonight and the thing is missing like crazy, after running fine all saturday after the installs.
It was poping, backfiring, loud pops out of the exhaust and if I floored it, everything would go away, but if wouldn't pull as hard as it normally does. I though plug wires at first since it goes away but I can't get any spark to jump by misting water on them. I also checked my injector harness to make sure they were all plugged into the injectors and they were. Any ideas.
Oh and I don't think my car pulls near as hard as it should even why it's running ok. Are the stock 19#ers not cutting it possibly?
