Misfiring.....

Well my car was misfiring so i took it in and they told me #2 and #3 was misfiring and a code for Rpm/speed limit reached .. they changed the spark plugs because those 2 were fouled out.. well that worked for about 1 1/2 weeks. then it started doing it again. so i took it back and they told me that #2 was misfiring and that for some reason water or something was getting in plug.. so they dried it out and said it should be fine.. well it did for about 2 hours.. its still misfiring.. anyone know why water or w/e liquid would get in there and why it keeps misfiring so much???
