Miss in the engine

My engine has always had a miss in it and I am not sure what it was. I have changed the plugs, wires, cap, rotor and added an Accel 300 ignition system. I have probably done other things that I can't remember. I will be adding a new coil soon and hopefully a maf. Any ideas what else it can be?

run a compression test on each cylinder and post results

it maybe as simple as a bent pushrod aswell. anychance you hear a top end tick?

You can also run a cylinder balance test as part of the self diagnostics. If you have a consistant miss, that test should find it. The test doesnt tell you what the issue is, but it helps pinpoint a cylinder, which saves time.
