I got the Max Motorsport Bilstein Sport coilover kit and the LCA and UCA (the Ford one). I went with the 400/250 spring setup for aggressive driving. What do you think?

I think the rates are not that well matched between the front and rear.

Thanks for the reply. But can you elaborate? Oh by the way this not a drag racing car but a street car that wants a tight suspension.

Usually you want the rates alittle closer together. I would probably have run a 300 rear to match a 400 front. If you paid for the sport Bilsteins, then you might as well utilize the spring rates they are designed to use. Also, if you are looking into a torque arm/thrid link later down the road, you are going to want alittle more rate in the rear.

You can also call Maximum Motorsports and ask them directly.

Thanks for the insight. The spring rates is what MM suggested. I spoke with a Jason and he said he was running this set up with the MaxrGrip package (i.e. panhard, torque arm etc.) and it's ok.

I will have to give it a try. If not right, I can just get new springs. I may even get a few dollars trade in for a new set. I may or may not go with a panhard - I don't want to have to install dumps - don't likee dumps - plus emissions headaches. Again thanks.

I have not received the parts yet. It's in transit. I paid 2k, which also included the LCAs, UCAs, bushing tool and other things.

Hey, why can't I access all those fancy signs and faces etc?

Peace
