Moates 1/4 Horse vs Tweecer

The short answer is YES.

The long answer is that neither the twEECer nor Quarterhorse give the PCM that ability. You are programming the factory computer (which does have the ability to command a shift to begin at a certain RPM). The hardware you use is only your storage and interface medium with which to allow the PCM to execute your calibration changes.

Anyone familar with the 1/4 horse? Is it capable of shifting an AODE at a predetermined RPM at WOT as the Tweecer is?

It and the twEECer are competitors. The QH has a good many benefits over the twEECer but features aside, both are plugged into the PCM and are used to load modified calibrations to the PCM, completely overriding the factory programming.

to split hairs :p

Wouldnt the PMS "override" factory programming and the tweecer/quarterhorse completely changes it?

Cant override something thats no longer there...
