mocked these up last week, thought Id post a pic while the car is still getting the cage installed:

Since then, Ive bent/plumbed the rear hardline and so on. I'll post a few more if I can find the camera again in my rat's nest The brackets and calipers fit perfectly.

Im also taking pre-orders on my snazzy, custom-made axle housing support stands. Guaranteed to take 2 seconds off your lap times

Looks good LMan. I'm doing the same on my 69. No splash shields for me although if I had them I would likely run them. I should have under $400 for my setup including the slot rotors and braided hoses. I also fabbed a simple emergency brake mount tab I think will work.

Nope, car is track-only. I plan to use the splash-guard bracket provisions to mount brake-duct hoses.

Already installed. Ultrastang gives all the details in his instructions...basically, 95-96 Mustang GT rear brake hoses and a pair of muffler clamps. Simple and effective, two qualities I am fond of.

I'll post some pics of that in the next day or two.

Well, Im kinda a cheater cuz I got the calipers for only 25.00 I wouldnt expect every set to be that cheap but they are widely available with all the late-model Mustang sTuNNa bOYz taking them off to 'upgrade' to Cobra rear discs....

Nice! I have a restomod buddy who's doing the Ultrastang kit for a 'vert in his shop...I will pass along the e-brake info to him since he was asking me about it yesterday (Im not using an e-brake so I couldnt help him).

First off, thanks to you guys for using my setup when you could have used anyone else's. I appreciate your business.

Secondly, you don't have to use the splash shields. I designed the brackets to be able to mount them if the installer so wished. The shields would be more important on a vehicle that's driven on the street than the track --and besides that, the shields are less than $11.00 each, brand new from Ford, so they are very cheap if you do install them.

If you do not connect up the parking brakes, I would suggest getting underneath your car every few months and manually actuating the parking brake mechanisms through several cycles to keep the pistons adjusted to compensate for pad wear.

I used the stock '94/'95 V6/GT rear caliper hoses. I used a heavy-duty 360-degree muffler clamp to attach the bracket of the hose to the housing's axle tube:

Ha ha! Actually, the 360-degree clamps were less than $2.00 ea., so I don't guess that makes me too high of a roller. --They just look a lot better than the regular style muffler clamps I started with.

I picked up the "Ultrastang" logos this morning from the graphics shop. I didn't realize the magnetic backing was going to be white, so obviously the white logos I had made wouldn't show up on the white magnetic backing. I'll send you a pair of red logos on the magnetic backing along with a pair of white logos without the backing. --If you just wanted to put the white logos on the windows/side glass, then that would show up and wouldn't be stuck directly to the body. Either way, you can decide which works better for you.

I like how those brackets are set up for the soft lines to the calipers, but I'm still stuck on one part: How do you connect the soft line from the axle to the hard line on the chassis? Aren't the late model lines a different thread pitch?

The threads on the '94/'95 SN-95 caliper hoses are for 7/16"-24 inverted flare fittings --not bubble flare.

The junction block, where the hard line from the chassis ties into the block that splits off to the calipers, is also 7/16"-24. (or, at least it is on my '68 with the '80 Monarch 9-inch rear end I have).
