Modifications to a throttle body

What modifications are required to get the 96-98 accufab throttle body for the cobra to fit a 2001 cobra. I figured they would fit but the thing said * throttle body modification required*

For one, the cable is on opposite sides for each year...not sure what other modifications are needed...but I can tell you this, unless you are flowing lots of air, the stock throttle body is fine for N/A applications...you might get a little better throttle response, but you'll only gain 1-2hp

i want to purchase the big oval one, when i get the vortech supercharger running 9 p.s.i. it would be worth it then wouldn;t it??

I'm in St Louis...

And yeah, a TB might help if you get a supercharger, but you'd have to get a hold of Accufab or Billetflow to see what needs to be done to make their throttle bodies work on a 99/01...
