Personally, I will never run one of MHS's products.

When nick first started on this web site, all he did was talk about how everyone else's cams are pure crap and his are the best. I know he is trying to sell a product, but that's not how you go about things.

Nick was also on corral at one point talking about his cams. He was talking about how much peak power his cams picked up on a customers blower car. I simply ask him for a Dyno graph because it would be nice to see how much power it made under the curve. He told me "do a search". That's absolutely ridiculous. MHS's products might be the best in the world, but with customer service like that, I will pass.

Like I said, I've never used a single one of their products. That's just been my experience with the customer service.

Sounds like you wanted him to stroke you off all the way to the information. Whats wrong with telling someone to do a quick and simple search? Since when does that equate to bad customer service? Sorry but nick is hands down one of the most helpfull guys on these boards and just about everyone who has delt with him says the same.

So that means it is acceptable to call any manufacturer regarding THEIR product and have them tell you, "Oh just go do a search, goodbye"???? I'd be upset too if I had questions for someone regarding their product and received that kind of response, no matter if it was on an internet discussion forum. Just sayin'.....

Maybe he just don't like you

I've pm'd him hundreds of questions he's never been nothing but helpful. Any info I've requested he's been more than willing to explain or supply. Also I've yet to buy or spend any money with him seems like a stand up guy to me and as soon as the weather breaks I'm sending my heads straight to Florida.

He would have no reason to dislike me. I could really care less either way. When you are trying to sell a product, and are talking about how badass the product is, and someone ask you for proof. You don't tell that person to do a search. If your product is as good as you say it is, then you will be more than happy to provide proof.

I'm currently waiting on a set of his Stage 3 PI heads, and he has been nothing but helpful and responsive during the whole process. It's taking a little longer than I would have preferred for him to ship the heads out, but I'd rather that he take the time and do them right than rush them. He has told me that he's been getting many more orders than he can handle for the past few months now, so the only cautionary advice I'd give is that he probably won't be able to turn around a set of heads for you quickly. Other than that, though, I'd definitely recommend doing business with him.

And as far as the plug blow out issue. It doesn't have to be a high hp motor to do it. It happened on my Windsor heads with the motor being almost stock.
