Damn Guys, what ever happened to building a car the way you want it.

If you like the looks of the scoops, put them on.

If you can make them functional, all the better.

I second your emotion. I had a guy ask me awhile back why I didn't have a hood scoop(s) on my V8 89 Ranger. I told him that I liked the sleeper look better than non functional scoops. Plus the six pack setup clears the stock hood nicely, scoop(s) would add nothing but problems. Don't like dual hood scoops, and with the center brace under the hood, a single would be impractical anyway.
