Sen. John Vasconcellos, D-Santa Clara, is introducing a bill that would allow 16 year olds to cast 1/2 votes and 14 year olds to cast 1/4 votes. The government can't even keep track of whole number votes! California is truly becoming a 3 ring circus.

I guess 15 year olds are just out of luck, or maybe the Senator couldn't figure out an easy fraction for odd numbered ages.....................

Okay that's it!!! I'm calling the fencing company tomorrow - I want a 14' high chain link fence with three strands of barbed wire strung acros the top; running all the way from Algodones, B.C. to at least Bullhead City, AZ. I definitely want to keep you Looney Toons refugees outta my state!
