Okay that's it!!! I'm calling the fencing company tomorrow - I want a 14' high chain link fence with three strands of barbed wire strung acros the top; running all the way from Algodones, B.C. to at least Bullhead City, AZ. I definitely want to keep you Looney Toons refugees outta my state!
