whats the most HP one non ported stock intake 99+ heads?

also what all is needed to swap a t56 out of a 03 cobra to a 97 4.6

Not sure about the tranny...

Noone can answer your first question until you tell us what you plan to do with it. If you are going turbo/supercharger/nitrous or if your staying N/A.

List one of those and someone can give you a good estimate on power potential.

at what level do the start to max out?

the most i've heard of with stock 2v heads and intake is 492rwhp. ofcoarse the stock pistons and rods won't last long with that kind of power.

well I have pistons and rods done with a turbo kit
going to dyno again thursday to see what I can get

with a turbo and 16+psi you should break 500rwhp. i'm guessing you'll max out the heads around 550rwhp. but who knows? get the heads ported and some cams and the power will skyrocket.
