I spent most of 4 hours yesterday and 2 hours the day before trying to install my oil and temp guages. They are going into an A-pillar pod. All I have left to do is to mount it. That has to be the most rediculously tedious work I've ever done on any of my cars aside from a back to stock spring change and intake change.

Anybody else

It's a toss up for me between the clutch quardant and putting in an SN95 brake booster on my 92 LX. Since I had to unhook the clutch cable to get the new booster in, I had to endure both in one day.

Anything that doesn't give instant gratification for performance improvement like all of the interior pieces that I have been dealing with. Sure it makes it look better, but it's not going any faster or saving me dollars at the pump. Oh yeah x 2 on the quadrant install. Getting the old one out was a PITA.

i think my mech gauges took me an hour and a half. hardest part was making sure nothing was pinched.

wiring my gauge cluster was pretty hard, alot harder than swapping the heads and intake. It took me 2 weeks to wire up the gauges and I ended up frying an electronic speedometer.

my turbo install was pretty fun. other than that upper and lower rear control arms were the biggest pain in the ass for me, my mech gauges went it in about and hour and a half

Try swapping everything from a 4cyl to a 5.0. Its alot of work but worth it

Try doing that and having to wire the fuel injection in a car that didn't have fuel injection to start with.

the motor is more tedious. i like to check and check again while working on something so vital, wiring is easy to me.

most tedious I would have to say anything under the dash for me, most annoying, would probably have to be springs without a spring compressor plus it's dangerous

Worlds biggest pain the ass...installing upper and lower control arms by yourself in 90 degree heat.
