Exodus 20:12

Honor your father and your mother, that your days may be long upon the land which the Lord your god is giving you.

Guys, if you have issues with your mother today, reconcile them. Please make sure to call your moms if you are still lucky enough to have one. Also, make sure you treat your wives (who are also moms) extra special today. We spend a lot of time on the forums and working on our cars. I myself have to work today, but those who dont, take a break from the stang and do the right thing

My mom lives 200 miles from me, so I sent her flowers and a card. I'll also call her this afternoon.

I sent my gilrfriend flowers. (Had them sent to her place of employment ) I'll see her today.

I bought some potted flowers and cards for my kids to give to my ex wife.

How's that? All the bases covered?

You are absolutely right. No one of us would be here, without our mom's. (Not meant in a sarcastic way.) Think about it.

Had dinner with my Mom and Grandma today. Too bad it was packed and we really could not talk much (83yr old grandma can hardly hear as it is).

Went to the in-laws yesterday for a BBQ.

No kids...unless you count the dog . She got woke up this morning by our dog just giving her kisses like she knew

Happy mums day.

An old saying always rings in my head on this day and our annv. "Happy wife, happy life".

Maybe they were all out "treating" their mothers/wives to a wonderful and memorable day, where they spared no expense to show Mom their appreciation for everything she has ever done for them.

Or, maybe not.
