Do these gears come with the Pinion Nut and the Crush Sleeve because these parts are not shown with the picture from this site? Does anyone have experience with these gears?

Nope..... Yep..... just installed them at home and they were perfect. Only the gears are in the box. But, I also bought the motive $89.99 bearing kit which has the pinion nut and crush sleeve, which I would recommend buying in order to have everything you need.
