motor and trans lean

Last night I finished putting in the new T-5. Find out the tranny is tilted to the left. I also noticed the motor leans a little to the left because when I tried putting in the cold air intake, it hits the shock tower. Any ideas what this may be...something isn't right

What do the motor mounts look like? one, or both, of them might be shot.

Yea I would recomend changing your motor mounts they are probably shot...

wouldn't want the stang to lean back... lean back..
