Motor Mount replacement. Please help!

hey guys,

so everything started off smoothly and now I want to toss a lit match in the car! grrr.

okay here goes. my 1989 GT motor mounts are worn so I bought the OEM motor mounts and Tranny mount. I have unbolted both mounts and just need to pull them out. I also un-tightened the tranny mount and replaced it with a breeze. 10min top!

now I'm trying to pull out the motor mount (the 1st one) driver side and I can't get it out. I have the motor lifted as far as it can go (i took the fan off)

there's a lot of wiggle room but the stud that goes into the k member cant be positioned to be pulled away from the k member

any ideas? i've been at this for two hours and it will be dark soon,

please help.

Do them one at a time, so that each mount acts as a pivot point. The stud will come right out then.
