I have the ron morris adjustables

Nice peices man, highly recommend them to anyone. As far as vibrations, I`ve got a lopey cam and a 43 year old car, it all shakes......LOL

When I was looking for mounts, I found out that stock ones, if you have to buy every peice (block mounts and all) it would have cost more money then the I think $150 rmp gets?

I would also recommend the RMP ones. I installed a set when they first came out a few years ago. Then, when I got a taller intake, I had to drop the engine a bit and wound up installing the 1/2" drop plates. The mounts are well built, easy to install, and fairly robust. I do notice some additional vibration, but this is mostly due to my exhaust manifolds touching the shock towers. I'll be changing out the exhaust soon and expect most of the vibration to go away. It will still allow more vibrations to get through because of the poly bushings instead of the stock rubber.

TCP mounts are also good and I'd be happy to recommend them as well. A buddy of mine (silverbluebp) has them on his car and they fit great. A little more robust than the RMP (mostly because the RMP setup bolts the engine plate to the bushing housing for fore/aft adjustment capability, where the TCP is welded), but still allows for some side to side adjustability. I like the ajustability of the RMP ones, but you can't go wrong with either. Both will add a bit of NVH to your drive, but much less than solid mounts.

OK so if i get the mounts that lower the engine, does that affect the trans mount? will headers and the power rack still have room? My efi intake is about 1 inch too tall so i need to either mill that much off the top of intake or lower the engine, or both.

I like the drop option they came up with. The RMP ones are good enough for most street cars. However the TCP ones are considerably stronger. Better for high horsepower cars. Not only because they are welded but because they have much thicker plates throughout and most notably the plates that sandwich the shock tower.

The lowering by a half inch can run you into problems with header fitment to between the towers, power steering, and racks to name a few. This really doesn't affect the trans mount but it does change the pinion angle a little. This is a good option for TKO swaps.
