After owning 4 or 5 small block Fords (Sunbeam Tiger, Cobra, I put one in a Healey 3000, etc.) I have just bought my first Mustang! It's a seriously rusty '68 fastback, with its original 289 and 3 speed toploader. I'm thinking of upping the engine size, and probably going to a Tremec or T5. What are the problems with fitting a 351W? I think there's more room than an early classic Mustang, but will it still be tight?

Thanks!

Roger

the 351w or even a 351c fits real sweet in the 67-70 stangs. in fact if you want, a 460 fits in real nice also.
