Motor Swap

I have a 99 gt automatic...I was thinking about buying a 98 gt 5 speed..and using the 5 speed in my 99..what all am I gonna have to go through? Will trans work and pedals?

I believe that should bolt up pretty easy. The 99s used the same T45 as the 98s. Pedals should be similar if not exactly the same. Might need to ask an auto guy how the computer will feel about the swap. Other than that, it works in my mind.
